Standalone Coolant Distribution Unit - CDU 50
DCX HYDRO CDU 50 is a standalone 5MW capable Coolant Distribution Unit (CDU) designed to cool a group of high-density server racks. This high-capacity, supercomputer-class CDU, equipped with multi-stage pumps, delivers over 5000 kW of heat transfer capacity at a 10°C approach temperature, supporting up to 80 server racks and over 3000 servers.
The CDU 50 features advanced capabilities, including redundant pump design, dynamic condensation-free control, automatic coolant leveling, automatic leak detection, and full remote control of all critical system parameters. It is an ideal solution for high-capacity cooling in HPC and GPU server nodes. The system only requires ASHRAE W3/W4 warm water to efficiently manage the cooling demands of power-dense racks.
The CDU 50 system can be used to retrofit existing data halls with a liquid cooling system, fitting seamlessly into any data room environment, including in-row or technical corridor placements. It integrates with all standard server racks, providing energy-efficient cooling and intelligent controls.
DCX offers the CDU 50 along with secondary loop (TCS) components, including Liquid Distribution Manifolds, quick disconnects, and cold plates. This complete solution delivers optimal cooling performance, ensuring your operation remains environmentally sustainable while effectively meeting your cooling needs.
